Gardener

We are looking for skilled gardeners to join our dynamic team, working on and maintaining a variety of amazing gardens in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in garden maintenance/ability to manage power tools
  • Plant knowledge/understanding pruning and grooming of plant material

Landscaper

This position is for a skilled Landscaper to work in our construction/hard landscaping team. The successful applicant will have the confidence working on residential and commercial sites alongside other trades.
Our work is of an extremely high standard, you will need to have exceptional attention to detail.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with paving, concrete and timber works/carpentry skills
  • Irrigation Installation experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for working outdoors
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion to learn
  • NZ Driver’s License

Landscape Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for managing all elements of project delivery. They will need to have proven experience running landscape sites, supervising staff and other trades and working closely with clients. They must have exceptional attention to detail to consistently deliver high quality results.

Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for managing people/ability to motivate your team to meet targets
  • Ability to follow landscape plans/problem solve
  • Solid understanding of excavation/site works
  • A solid knowledge of hard and soft landscaping
  • Excellent communication skills
